Water Exercise: Aquatic exercises offer low impact, high intensity workouts that you can do for a lifetime. The classes can be done at the individual's own pace. These classes are great for people new to exercise, individuals with arthritis, seniors, pregnant women, athletes in training, and the general public. For added fun try one of our Aqua Zumba classes!
Swim Lessons: Learn the basics of water safety, simple fundamentals and the joy of swimming. Swim lessons are open to children as young as 6 months to adults!
Private Swim Lessons:
Lessons are taught on a one-on-one basis. Semi-private lessons are also available for small groups.
Jr. Swim Team:
Children ages 4 to 10 years will learn the basics of competing on a swim team while promoting team spirit, a positive attitude and most importantly; making new friends.
Seahawks Swim Team:
The Seahawks Swim Team is for children 8 years and older. The Seahawks Swim Team has a lot to offer to the competitive swimmer. As a Seahawk you can enjoy the challenge of competitive swimming, team spirit, dedication and build confidence while competing.
