BEGINNER WORKOUT

Ready to take the first steps towards your fitness goals? Join us with four weeks of guided workouts, using our strength machines, designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals! 
 
We are offering you a comprehensive program spread over two weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays. These sessions will provide you with the foundational knowledge and guidance you need to utilize our strength machines safely and effectively. 

But that’s not all! Following the classes, you will receive two additional weeks of personalized workouts consisting of two different routines, each focusing on utilizing the machines effectively to maximize your results.  

Please note: Due to the high demand and to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to benefit, members are limited to one session per calendar year.  

AGE: 12+
