YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING MINI-CAMP

Our mini camp offers specialized sports conditioning drills and exercises tailored to your child's age group and skill level. SAFARI YOGA QUEST – KID'S YOGA MINI-CAMP
Calling all young adventurers! Get ready for an exciting journey into the wild world of yoga with our Safari Yoga Quest Kid's Mini-Camp! Over four action-packed days, your child will explore the animal kingdom through yoga-based games, mindfulness exercises, and creative movement.
Each day, we'll focus on a different safari animal theme, from majestic lions to graceful giraffes. Through fun and engaging activities, children will learn basic yoga poses inspired by these animals, promoting flexibility, strength, and balance in a playful way.
But the adventure doesn't stop there! At the end of each class, we'll gather in a share-circle where every child can share one thing they've learned about our yoga theme of the day. It's a wonderful opportunity for children to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with their fellow explorers.

Get ready to groove to the beats of catchy tunes in our "Calling all Swifties" Hip Hop Mini-Camp! This camp is designed to ignite your child's passion for movement while making them feel like they are in a “Love Story” with dance.
Your dancer will learn fun and energetic hip hop dance routines set to the rhythm of upbeat hits. Get ready to "Shake It Off" and unleash their "Fearless" moves on the dance floor! Our instructor will guide your dancer through choreography that will have them saying "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" with boredom!
But the fun doesn't end there! On the last day of camp, parents are invited to a special showcase where they can watch their little dancers shine as they perform the routines they've learned throughout the week.

During this action-packed camp, dancers will dive into the world of hip hop dance while immersed in a glowing atmosphere. Our experienced instructor will lead them through energetic routines and teach them how to bust a move like a pro under neon lights. From popping and locking to freestyle fun, they'll explore a variety of dance styles and techniques guaranteed to make them shine!
On the last day of camp, your dancer will showcase newly acquired skills in a special glow-in-the-dark performance for family and friends. It's a chance to dazzle the audience with your dancer’s glowing talent and celebrate unforgettable fun and camaraderie.
